Terms of Service

By using gemini-switch ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is a routing proxy that forwards your API requests to third-party model providers and returns their responses.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under your account. Keep keys secret; rotate them if exposed.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights, generate abusive content, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its upstream providers. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

3. Routing & availability

We route each request to a model we judge meets your quality bar at the lowest cost. Model availability and pricing are set by upstream providers and may change. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Quotas reset each calendar month. See the Refund Policy for cancellations.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gemini-switch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.
