Privacy Policy

gemini-switch respects your privacy and handles data in line with India's DPDP Act and the GDPR.

What we collect

Account email, hashed password, API keys (stored only as hashes), and per-request metadata: chosen model, token counts, cost, latency, and timestamp. We do not store your prompt or completion content.

Upstream providers

Requests are forwarded to model providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI and others, via our gateway) to generate responses. Their handling of request content is governed by their own policies.

Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. Privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics measure aggregate traffic.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.

Retention

Request metadata is retained while your account is active and deleted on account closure.
